3. John C. Munro Hamilton International — YHM / CYHM

70 km south-west of Toronto, open 24/7, no noise curfew. Less congested than YYZ during major events — historically the relief valve when YYZ slots are saturated. Skyservice Hamilton runs the GA terminal with full customs on request.

Best for: Match-day overflow when YYZ is at slot capacity, late-night departures after the noise curfew kicks in at YTZ, or budget-conscious operations where slightly longer ground transfer is acceptable. Drive to BMO Field: 60–80 minutes via QEW.

BC Place Vancouver — 7 Matches, One Airport

Vancouver hosts 7 World Cup matches at BC Place, including knockout rounds into July. Unlike Toronto, Vancouver's private aviation answer is simple: Vancouver International (YVR / CYVR) handles everything, accepts every aircraft type, and sits just 12 km from the stadium with a 15–25 minute drive over the Granville or Cambie Street bridges.
