A major financial institution preparing for an Asia-Pacific IPO needed to transport a 22-person team through Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, and Mumbai in exactly 7 days. Each city required 6-8 hours of meetings, meaning flight schedules had to be precise to the minute. Commercial flight connections would have added 2 extra days to the schedule.

VOLO designed a custom multi-leg itinerary using two coordinated aircraft — a Challenger 350 for the main team and a Citation Latitude for the advance team. Our AI optimized departure times around meeting schedules, factored in timezone changes, and pre-arranged FBO services at each stop. The advance team landed 3 hours before the main group to prepare each venue.
