Yes — if the primary inbound booking cancels, the empty leg is typically withdrawn. This is the key risk of empty leg bookings. VOLO notifies you immediately if your confirmed empty leg is cancelled and prioritizes finding an equivalent alternative. Cancellation rates are low (under 8% of confirmed empty legs) but higher than standard charter.
